Precision alignment of machinery

Machinery chocking transfers static and dynamic load from the equipment foot to its foundation, and any gap, distortion, or sub-surface void in the chock geometry feeds vibration and misalignment back into the rotating element. Belzona 7111 is the pourable two-part chocking compound formulated to spread uniformly across irregular concrete or steel substrate, holding alignment to laser-shim tolerance under physical and thermal cycling. The system cures cold without machining the foundation, so equipment can be re-aligned and re-chocked inside the existing maintenance window.
