A two part, solvent-based surface conditioner for use on non-porous surfaces prior to application of Belzona 3111, Belzona 3211 and Belzona 3131. Note: Due to its high zinc-epoxy content, this product is suitable as holding primer on metal surfaces prior to application of other coatings such as Belzona 5111 and Belzona 5811. In addition, it can be used as a stand-alone product for small steel protection applications such as coating rebars in concrete. Note: Belzona 3921 may be acceptable for conditioning both porous and non-porous surfaces on applications involving small areas, e.g., tank base sealing.
