Belzona 2921 (Elastomer GP Conditioner) is a one-part polyurethane primer required for the adhesion of Belzona elastomers to metal, concrete, rubber, GRP, and Belzona substrate coatings. The GP designation stands for General Purpose, offering a longer touch-dry time than Belzona 2911 to allow extended overcoating windows. Belzona 2921 is suitable for dry-service substrates only, for wet or immersed applications on metal or concrete, use Belzona 2941 instead.
