Overview
Tank and vessel nozzle penetrations corrode at the inner sleeve where flow turbulence concentrates, and replacement requires cutting and re-welding to a code-stamped pressure boundary that few owners want to disturb. Belzona 1111 (Super Metal) rebuilds nozzle bore and sleeve metal with a cold-cure structural composite that machines back to OEM dimension; Belzona 1121 (Super XL-Metal) extends the working window for larger nozzles or longer cure schedules where multi-pass build-up is needed. Both apply without re-stamping the vessel and cure inside the existing turnaround.
