Belzona 9621 is a 3D Mesh Repair Kit, a 3D-printed flexible nylon mesh designed to assist with live leak repair on straight pipes 3 inches (7.62 cm) in diameter or larger. The high-strength nylon mesh contours to the pipe surface and serves as a former and pressure containment for a Belzona composite wrap repair, eliminating the need to fabricate custom metal plates for each emergency. Used in conjunction with Belzona 1100 Series and 1200 Series paste-grade composites, the system delivers a fast, hot-work-free live leak repair that can be carried out in situ with minimal disruption to operations.
